- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe (see below); we never see or store your card details ourselves
- Messages you send us via SMS, our website chat, phone, or email
- For job applicants: your resume, work history, and answers you provide in our application form
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide and schedule your cleaning service
- Send booking confirmations, invoices, and updates about your clean
- Match you with an available cleaner in your area
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
- Improve our service and communicate with you about it
We don't sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Third-party services we use
We rely on trusted third parties to run Henry Cleaning, and your information may pass through these services as part of normal operation:
- Stripe — processes all payments securely. We never see or store your full card details.
- Square — manages appointment scheduling and booking availability.
- Microsoft 365 — for our business email and communications.
- Dialpad — for SMS communication about your booking.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies:
- Functional cookies — for example, to remember your conversation with our website chat.
